Cancellation policy

Cancellation rules are shown on each tour or package before you pay. Many experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time (local time) for a full refund.

If a product has a different cutoff — for example a longer notice period for pickup from another emirate — that cutoff on the product page applies.

Airport transfers and some timed tickets may be non-refundable once confirmed. Contact customer support with your booking number if you need to change or cancel.
