Pickup locations (Emirates)

Shown on every tour and activity when Pickup included is checked. Tick Show for each emirate customers can choose. Mark exactly one as Included (price 0). Other shown emirates add a per-vehicle return charge.

Vehicle capacity Other emirates cutoff (hours before start)

Other emirates cutoff applies when the customer picks a location that is not the included/default emirate. Leave blank to use the same booking cutoff as above.

Booking cutoff time

Last moment customers can book this product. Counted back from the chosen pickup / start time. Example: 24 hours means a 9:00 AM tour cannot be booked after 9:00 AM the day before.

Booking Confirmation Settings

Choose how bookings are confirmed for this product. Instant and supplier approval cannot be enabled at the same time. Cutoff time still applies to both methods.

Instant Confirmation Bookings are automatically confirmed when availability, capacity, pricing and cutoff conditions are satisfied. They are not sent to you for manual approval. Supplier Approval Required Bookings are sent to you for manual approval before confirmation. Approve or reject them from Bookings while they are pending.

Arrival parking fees

For arriving transfers only: set a parking fee per airport × vehicle (AED). The customer page shows transfer + this parking fee. Round trip is 2 × transfer + parking once. Click Save parking fees after editing. The table below shows what arriving customers pay for the route currently selected in Prices from.

Vehicles & photos

Edit each car: rename it, change photos, set min / max persons and cutoff hours, then click Save. Use Delete to remove a vehicle from the booking page. Cutoff is how many hours before pickup customers must book (default 5).
